Trishuli River Rafting- 2 Days

2 Days

Trishuli River Rafting is one of the most popular river rafting experiences in Nepal, flowing from the Himalayas at Gosainkunda. The Trisuli River is easily accessible from places like Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan. It features great gorges and some moderate white water, offering a mix of rolling rapids suitable for both beginners and experienced rafters.

The journey includes tranquil, charming stretches as well as exciting rapids with names such as Snail’s Nose, Malekhu Quick, Monkey Fast, Upset, Ladies Delight, S-Bend, Monsoon, and Pinball Rapid. The Trisuli river rafting is highly recommended and provides the opportunity to see beautiful chasms and breathtaking scenery. Rated as a grade 3 difficulty level, the river can become quite challenging, with sea-like waves during the monsoon season (June-July). It is considered the best river for rafting in Nepal.

Thrill-seekers can navigate exhilarating rapids on the Trishuli River while immersing themselves in the stunning natural beauty of Nepal, from lush green hills and dramatic gorges to serene sandbars and charming mid-hills. Additionally, encountering local culture and traditions enriches the experience. For those seeking an extended adventure, overnight camping on the riverbank with a delicious dinner is an option.
