Health and Fitness Requirements

Accommodation
In Kathmandu, you will stay in a 3-star hotel on a twin-sharing basis. During the trek, accommodations are basic but comfortable, with shared rooms. If you prefer a single room, please inform us in advance. Meals will be hygienic and prepared by local management.
Passport and Visa
Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your return date. You can obtain a visa at the Nepalese consulate in your country or upon arrival at Tribhuvan Airport in Kathmandu.
Meals and Drinking Water
In popular trekking areas, you can choose from a menu offering a variety of ethnic and Western foods. Some locations may provide traditional Nepali meals. Tourist lodges offer clean, hygienic, and delicious food. Welcome to Kathmandu! Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our friendly Female Guide Holiday representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. Spend the day relaxing and acclimatizing to the altitude. In the evening, you’ll have a brief orientation meeting where we’ll go over the trek details and answer any questions you might have. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.
After breakfast, dive into the rich cultural heritage of Kathmandu with a guided sightseeing tour. Explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the historic Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), the majestic Boudhanath Stupa, and the ancient Kathmandu Durbar Square. Each site offers a unique glimpse into Nepal’s vibrant history and spiritual traditions. Return to your hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Today, we embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi. As we travel through winding mountain roads, you’ll witness breathtaking views of terraced fields, lush valleys, and rivers. Upon arrival in Syabrubesi, a charming village that serves as the gateway to our trek, you’ll have the opportunity to rest and prepare for the adventure ahead. Overnight stay in a local guesthouse.
Gatlang Village. The trail offers spectacular views of the Ganesh Himal range and takes us through vibrant terraced fields and forested areas. Gatlang is a picturesque village where you’ll experience traditional Tamang culture and enjoy the serene surroundings. Overnight stay in a local homestay, where you’ll get a taste of local hospitality and cuisine.
Today’s trek takes us to Somdang, a high-altitude village nestled amidst stunning landscapes. As we ascend, the views become more panoramic, offering glimpses of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Somdang is known for its beautiful scenery and peaceful atmosphere. You’ll stay overnight in a local lodge, where you can enjoy a hearty meal and rest for the next day’s trek.
Our trek today involves crossing the Passang Dada, a high mountain pass offering incredible views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. After reaching the pass, we descend to Tipling, a charming village known for its traditional Tibetan culture. The descent provides fantastic opportunities for photography and reflection. Overnight stay in a local guesthouse in Tipling.
Today, we trek from Tipling to Neber Gaun, passing through diverse landscapes including lush forests and terraced fields. Neber Gaun is a picturesque village where you’ll experience local life and enjoy the tranquility of the area. Spend the night in a cozy local lodge, soaking in the peaceful ambiance and beautiful surroundings.
Our trek continues to Lapchet, a quaint village located at a lower altitude. The trail is relatively easy, allowing you to enjoy the scenery and appreciate the local culture. In Lapchet, you’ll have the chance to interact with locals and enjoy a relaxed evening. Overnight stay in a local guesthouse.
From Lapchet, we trek to Khading, a village known for its stunning mountain views and traditional architecture. The trail takes you through scenic landscapes and offers opportunities to appreciate the natural beauty of the region. Upon arrival in Khading, you’ll settle into your guesthouse for the night and enjoy the local hospitality.
Today’s trek will lead you to Dunchet, a village situated at a lower altitude. The journey involves traversing through varied terrains, including dense forests and open fields. Our final trekking day takes us to Arughat, a bustling town where our trek concludes. As we descend, you’ll witness the changing landscape from rugged mountains to lush green hills. After breakfast, we drive back to Kathmandu, retracing our route through scenic mountain roads.
