Upon your arrival in Paro, you'll be greeted by a representative from the Female Guide Kathmandu, who will escort you to your accommodations in Thimphu. The drive itself will be a feast for your eyes as you take in breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountain range. Once you've settled in at your hotel, your guide will take you on a comprehensive tour of Paro, allowing you to explore the city's numerous landmarks and cultural sites. Among the stops on your itinerary will be Dungste Lhakang, a temple built in the 15th century, and Rinpung Dzong, a fortress-monastery that serves as a symbol of Bhutan's rich heritage and traditions. You'll also have the opportunity to visit the National Museum of Bhutan, which houses a vast collection of artifacts and exhibits related to the country's history and culture.
