Chitwan Jungle Safari Tour: Chitwan is a beautiful place that means “Heart of the Jungle”. It has become one of the top tourist destinations in Asia. Chitwan Jungle Safari Tour – 2 Days offers a true wildlife adventure with various jungle safaris on elephant backs or jeeps, birdwatching, canoe rides, and jungle walks. The Chitwan National Park is Asia’s best-preserved conservation area, where wildlife thrives and their habitats remain intact.
The park is located in the Inner Terai lowlands and can be reached in only half an hour by flight from Kathmandu. It consists of Sal forests, tall elephant grasslands, hills, ox-box lakes, and flood plains of the Narayani, Rapti, and Reu rivers. The park was enlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Natural) in 1984 and covers an area of 932 sq. km.

Itinerary
Early in the morning, you will be transferred to Kathmandu airport and fly to Bharatpur. Upon arrival, a hotel representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After having breakfast and lunch at the hotel, you will head for a jungle safari that will last for 5 hours. During the safari, you will have the opportunity to observe a variety of flora and fauna, crocodile breeding center, varieties of wild animals including monkeys, black bears, deer, one-horned rhinoceros, elephants, tigers, and many more. After completing the safari, you will return to the hotel and enjoy a Tharu cultural show. You will then have dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
After having breakfast, you will go for a 30-minute canoe ride where you will be able to see various birds, Gharial, and crocodiles. Following that, there will be a jungle walk and a visit to an elephant breeding center before returning to the hotel. After lunch, you will be dropped off at the airport to return to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, our representative will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to your hotel.
